My Message

FROM DASHA BESALY WITH LOVE

There are so many people who don’t love themselves! It’s just crazy how many! I used to be like that before, sometimes I still am, I have my moments, but really rare. It took me a lot of efforts and time to change my mindset. But now I know that everybody, absolutely everybody can change their life for the best! I want to share my experience, knowledge and help you to find your way to happy life and independence!  
We tend to believe that external things can increase our value: money, rich husband/beautiful wife, nice cars, big house, status, career, etc. And we get so attached to all these things, become so scared of losing them that we turn our life into a nightmare. The more successful we become the more things we are afraid to lose. You get something great and instead of being thankful you just drowning into fear. So miserable!
In reality everything you need is already within you. And the best thing you can do is to start loving yourself, believing in yourself and investing in yourself: develop your potential and train your brain. You will stay with yourself for the rest of your life (and who knows maybe even longer). At some point you MUST start loving yourself truly, unconditionally, deeply. Self-love is the key to motivation, happiness, success, to fearless and independent life.
It doesn't matter if you get rejected sometimes, or you fail, or you don’t get what you want. Things change, but you are always there. So when you go to sleep tell yourself: I love myself, I believe in myself, I got everything I need within myself and I will never let myself depend on externals.  
I know it is not easy, but you can do it! Be Strong and Love Yourself!
