Positive Energy!

Hello my dear readers! I am in a very good mood right now and I cannot wait to tell you why :-)

If you prefer to watch video please follow these links to YouTube and IGTV:

For the past two or three days I felt really bad. For some reason I was very sad and I cried a lot. But this morning I watched interview with Fyodor Konyukhov and felt so good, that I even decided to write about him in my today's post.

Fyodor Konyukhov is a survivalist and voyager. He was on Everest, North Pole, South Pole and he crossed the ocean by himself. You can find more of his achievements if you google his name. I find him very unique and I think that he accomplished a lot. He has an amazing positive energy within himself. And I got some of it while watching his interview.

I want to point out a few ideas that I found important while I was listening to Fyodor.

1. Fyodor Konyukhov said that his life was not difficult. And you probably would be surprise to hear it from someone who completed such difficult tasks like climbing Everest or walking to South Pole. What he said next explained a lot. He said, "I knew what I wanted to do since I was 8 years old". It is so interesting! Our life is difficult not because difficulties themselves, it becomes difficult when we are lost, when we don't know what to do. If you don't have a clear vision of your life you suffer. On other hand, when you have your plan, you will still have to put a lot of efforts but the vision and understanding where you are going will keep you energized and happy!

2. He also said that he was not extremely nice person until he went to South Pole. But after he woke up over there, he became nicer, he became a better husband, a better dad. Which tells me that when we are not using our potential in full, we get uncomfortable. And because of this discomfort we cannot be very happy and cannot help others, even if we love them.

3. I want to add something from myself. If you don't have your vision right now, don't get too upset. I found mine just recently, when I was 37 years old. People are different, they have different timelines. Just try to spend more time by yourself and try not to avoid difficulties. When we are in pain, we find something new within us, if we don't run away from it. Problems can help us to find our passion if we try to understand them and ourselves.

4. If you consider yourself as a person with clear vision, share your good energy with others. I personally get very inspired when I see someone who achieved his goals, who knows where he is going, who has plan and act on it. There are not too many people like that I must say.

To sum up: happiness and positivity come from clear vision of what you suppose to do, but the vision itself is not enough, it should be accompanied by the real actions. Don't worry if you haven't found your vision yet, just try to challenge yourself and use your difficulties as much as you can and spend some time by yourself. If you found your passion and already achieved some goals, share your positive energy and happiness with others!

Let's spread positivity!
