How To Make Life Easier

I believe that this is my social obligation to make sure that I do my best in taking care of myself. There are things that I cannot control, but a lot of areas of my life I can control and if I can use these areas to make my life easier, why wouldn't I do that? If I don't take care of myself, I kind of put this responsibility on other people. So the more we help ourselves, the better this world would be in general.
Here are few things that you might think about, when you think about self care.
1. Healthy eating habits. It is not a secret that if you eat healthy, you feel better. You can boost your immunity system and get sick not too often, you can have more energy. Your food also affects your brain activity, aging processes and many other things. And you are the one who decides what to eat. Please try to stick to more or less healthy diet and avoid some health issues by doing so. 2. Exercising. We need some type of movements. And it doesn't have to be a torture. It can be a simple walk or at home low impact workout, maybe some yoga for beginners. It just needs to be performed regularly and should be suitable for your conditions. A little effort is better than no effort. Exercising might have a huge impact on your overall well-being so even if you feel like you don't need it, I still recommend to add this healthy habit to your routine. 3. Sleep. It is very important to have enough sleep. Your body and brain needs time to take care of itself. There are a lot of health issues which can be triggered by lack of sleep. 4. Meditation. The main idea of meditation from my point of view is to give your brain some rest. It helps to learn how to notice useless thoughts and action plans and ignore them. 5. No Addictions! This is probably one of the most difficult part of well-being. We all get addicted to something. And I had my addiction as well. But I was able to get rid of it. That is why I know for sure that if you want to stop it, you can do it. All you need to do is to make a decision and believe in yourself. It is so important! I met some very talented and beautiful people who ruined their lives because of stupid addiction. It is very sad. Please don't give up, work on yourself and you will get there! So these are my main points of easy life. As you can see they mostly depend on your decision to take care of yourself. And as I said in the beginning of this article, the more you help yourself, the less work you put on others. Life can be tough, but if we don't try to make it easier, it will get even tougher. Don't wait for the difficulties, start to take care of yourself now!
