Decisions, Decisions...
Hello my dear readers! I need to start writing articles earlier in a week and don't wait till last minute! I have been so disorganized lately. And I think it is because of sunrise shift. In summer it was so easy to wake up because of sun. In the fall my day started later and my routine shifted in a weird way. But with the time change I hope everything will flow in a better way. By the way, I wish we wouldn't have this time change in April, so I don't have problems in September - October, haha. Oh well, whatever!
Here is the link to the video for today's article: "Decisions, decisions..."
Today I want to share with you my idea about decisions. It is very simple: do what you know if good for you, don't do what you don't know or you know is not good. I have been talking about this before, but I think repetition is always useful! Ha-ha! Sometimes we have great ideas, but we are not ready to implement them. And we make wrong decision, and chasing these things that we are not ready for instead of trying to become stronger.
I will bring some examples.
Let's say I always wanted to work in Finance. I applied for the roles in financial department few years ago and it wasn't the right moment. Competition back then was pretty high in organization where I work, and my knowledge was a bit low. So I took different classes, read some books and when the moment was right I got a job.
Or another example, kind of silly, but still. I wanted to be blonde since I was three years old. Obviously it would be weird if I tried to die my hair in kindergarten. I had unsuccessful attempt when I was about 25 years old, back then they didn't have so many hair care products and I also didn't have enough money to keep up with all the coloring stages. Now when I have enough money and when I can take care of my damaged hair, I was able to become blonde.
I think that in life the timing is very important. And somewhere deep inside we know if the timing or right or not. So I recommend to listen to yourself. You always know the answer. Don't be afraid to work on tough goals and at the same time don't be afraid to let go some of your desires if you are not ready.
I am sorry, this article is very short. I hope that moving forward I will get back to my super organized life and will be better prepared!
