Taking A Pause

Hi my darlings! I am in Indiana right now and I am taking a pause! You ca watch a beautiful video from Potter's Bridge Park by following this link: The Power Of Nature.

Have you ever experienced the moment when you run, run, run, and then all of a sudden life slows you down? When you cannot stop by yourself, and life throws at you events that help you to realize that you needed a pause?

I am in this moment right now. I am slow and I am enjoying it!

It is hard to let go some of our tasks, we take too much, we care too much, we want to make more money, achieve higher results at work. We don’t even notice how we exhaust ourselves. But life always knows what to do, it knows how to help you. And when it throws a pause at you, be thankful and use it, instead of getting angry and frustrated.

I decided to go to Potter’s Bridge Park in Indiana. It looked very cute. The bridge was built in 1870.

While a was walking, I found swings. And they reminded me of life. It goes up and down, up and down. And we can either complain about it, or enjoy it like kids enjoy swings. Life is an interesting adventure, sometimes difficult, even scary, but still exciting. We never know what is waiting for us around the corner, but we need to explore, we shouldn’t be scared. Because when we walk through the forest of life, we can find a lot of hidden beauty. Try to surrender and just enjoy the moment!

I want to add that nature is very healing. When I need to restore my energy I go to the lake or to the park. Mother Nature gives us everything we need, including kindness and comfort when we get tired.

Go out, take a walk, open your eyes to the beauty of nature, and trust life, when it brings you to some challenging spots. Believe me, these difficulties are made for us to show us the beauty of life! Be open to every experience that you get, don’t resist it and be curious. And Mother Nature will take care of you if you let Her to.
